Trust

• After each job, both sides say whether they were satisfied. Ratings show once both have answered, with the number of jobs alongside.
• If something goes wrong, raise a dispute and the team steps in.

Fees

• Buyers always pay the listed price; the fee and payment processing come out of the seller's side.
• Out-of-pocket expenses passed on to the buyer carry no fee.
